Step 1: Determine what your property needs? Whether that's Staging, Improvements, Landscaping, Linens, or Permitting we are here to make it happen.

Step 2: Pictures. Great pictures is what will rent your home out - and we happen to have on staff one of the best photographers in Knoxville. 

Step 3: Price & List. We will conduct an evaluation to determine a rate that will maximize profit, then we will list the property on both Airbnb & VRBO.

That it! Profit will be automatically transferred to your account every month.

 

Lastly, we understand guests may not always behave. That's why we are on call 24/7 365 days a week to take care of any problem that may arise.  

Short Term Rental Management Pricing

First things first, we only profit on a short term rental when you do!

The cost of our service is 20% of short-term rental revenue.

Professional cleaners are paid from the cleaning fee charged to the guests.

Consumables, supplies, linens, maintenance, and other home-related expense are automatically deducted from monthly payouts.

Quarterly statements will be provided to track success of unit.

We know if you are successful, we will be too!
